Floret is a neighborhood restaurant helmed by award-winning Chef Joe Ogrodnek and Executive Chef Andrew Whitcomb located on the ground floor of Sister City, a brand new hotel right on Bowery in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. With an inventive all-day menu exalting the season’s best ingredients as its focus, Floret draws inspiration from California, the Mediterranean and flavors from East Asian and North African cuisines. Open for breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch and soon dinner.
